The drop in service is open in Kilmovee and Kilkelly outreach from 9.30 to 5 Mon-Fri and provides information or help with the following services:

• Information and advice

• Advocacy & Family Support

• Parenting programmes (Working things out for young people and commonsense parenting)

• Assistance with applications

• Befriending Service

• Feed and Food cloud programmes

• IT provision – Printing/Photocopying

• CV preparation – job search

• Children’s camps and activities

• Foróige and exercise

·• Arts /Craft/Trad music

• Active Age Groups

• Yoga/Tai Chi/Dancing

• Activator Pole Walking

• Walk and Talk

• Assisting groups in the community

• Seasonal events for our communities
